The recipe for pike-perch baked in foil with mushrooms and cream
For this recipe, you need:
- pike perch weighing about 1 kg;
- packing (500 ml) cream with 22% fat content;
- white pepper, salt;
- champignons (fresh or frozen) weighing about 250 grams.
Technology of preparation
How is pike-perch baked in foil prepared? First of all, the fish must be cleaned, gutted. Prepare the carcass cut into portions. Each of the pieces salt, sprinkle white pepper on the outside and inside. Use for cooking roasts. In it you need to lay out the fish and pour the cream to half. You can prepare this dish, having at hand:
- fillet of pike perch - several pieces weighing about 800 grams;
- onion head;
- boiled potatoes or rice;
- tomatoes - a few medium fruits;
- lemon;
- a bunch of green dill and parsley;
- a piece of cheese weighing about 150 grams;
- mayonnaise.
Technology of preparation
Pike perch baked in foil - substantial and uncomplicated incooking dish. Initially, you need to cut the fillet into pieces. Salt them, sprinkle with pepper. You can lightly sprinkle with wine vinegar. Greens cut into smaller, sprinkle pike-perch, lay on the flesh pieces of lemon. Now leave the fish to marinate. Time is about 2 hours. In the meantime, prepare the rest of the ingredients for the dish. Peel and slice the onion. Fry it in oil until it is translucent. Tear off a piece of foil. On it lay the boiled potatoes cut into slices, or make a "pillow" of rice (choose any ingredient, and with the first and second you will get a very tasty dish). On potatoes lay a thin layer of fried onions, on top - a piece of pike perch with lemon. Tomatoes cut into circles and lay two or three of them on the fish. Lubricate with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Fish wrap in foil. Make sure that there are no holes, otherwise the weight will flow out. Do the same procedure for the next piece. Lay the whole fish on a baking sheet. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Then pull out, unfold the foil and put it back, but for 5 minutes for browning. Pike perch baked in foil with vegetables is a tasty and satisfying dish. Serve it hot, lightly sprinkled with herbs. To ensure that the fish does not cool down quickly, do not remove it from the foil.
Pike perch baked entirely in foil
Simply and quickly you can bake pike perch entirely. To do this, you need to take a fish carcass, salt, a little pepper, lemon juice and foil. Pikeperch prepare for baking: gut, cut the fins and scrape the scales. Rub the carcass with salt, sprinkle with pepper and pour lemon juice. Wrap the pike perch in foil and put in the oven for half an hour. After the specified time the fish will be ready. If desired, this recipe can be supplemented with vegetables.
