It also helps to accelerate the regeneration of the skin at the cellular level, which has a favorable effect on its appearance. Massage of the face and neck, if carried out regularly, is able to restore the condition of the skin within 3 months, to give a healthy appearance. It is best to do this procedure before going to bed, because it helps to relax.

  4. Concentrate the index and middle fingers of both hands in the interbrow point. With light semicircular movements, massage this part up and into the sides.
  5. Place the three middle fingers of both hands on the bridge of the nose and lead the pressure along the upper cheekbones to the temples. Then change direction to the opposite, to the bridge of the nose.
  6. Rub your palms against each other and pat your cheeks with patting movements.
  7. Concentrate the three middle fingers of both hands on the chin and guide them along the lower jaw. Change direction.
  8. Turning to neck massage, iron it before you start. It should be remembered that the movements are from the chest.
  9. The rear sides of the palms of both hands lead them up from the base.
  10. Then, keeping the direction, change the longitudinal movements in a circular motion.
