You will need:
cheese - 210 g;
spices, salt;
potatoes - about 1 kg;

potatoes - 3-4 pieces;

butter - about 120 g;
sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
bacon - 260 g;
cheese - 240 g;
dill;
salt;
green onion;
pepper.
Initially, you need to preheat the oven to 210degrees. Then wash and dry the potatoes. Each potato should be rubbed a little with olive oil and salt, then put in the oven for an hour and a half. Meanwhile, you need to wrap in a foil of raw garlic cloves, sprinkled with salt, pepper and butter. Then take the potatoes out of the oven and allow to cool so that you can pick it up. After this, it is necessary to cut each potato and remove from it carefully the flesh. Then mix the flesh of potatoes with baked garlic, sour cream, greens chopped, fried bacon, grated cheese and mix everything. Then this mixture should be salt and pepper. Then stuff the minced potatoes with the resulting mixture.
Top the pieces of butter andsprinkle with grated cheese. Then send the potatoes into the oven under the grill until a crispy cheese crust is formed.
