Necessary ingredients:
- powdered sugar - 5 large spoons;
- wheat flour sifted - from 500 g;
- chicken egg of small size - 1 piece;
- thick and fatty sour cream - 200 g;
- creamy margarine or fresh oil (can be used equally) - 200 g;
- iodized salt - 1 small pinch;
- lemon peel - from 1 fruit;

- ground cinnamon - 2-3 dessert spoons;
- apple jam - use at personal discretion.
