For better digestion, you need to divide this volume of the product into two meals, otherwise your body will not be able to absorb a large amount of peanuts.

It is important to buy a fresh product in which there is no mold or insects. It is best to choose a product without a husk, this is best seen in the presence of mold or fungus.
