Children raise their legs high, after 1-1,5 minutes of such actions it is necessary to complicate the task, for example: "Now they have reached the sun!" Or "Now we are walking like bears!". In the first case, the children in walking raise their hands up and slowly lower, and in the second the children walk on the inside of the foot, rocking like bears. Here it is worth paying attention not only to the correct performance of exercises, but also to breathing.
After these exercises, as a rule, enter games with the ball and simulate the actions of various animals.
Types of gymnastics
Soviet teachers and psychologists divided gymnastics into types. All of them have their own specific tasks.
