Striderovka violet: edible or poisonous mushroom?
The ryadovka is a kind of mushroom that belongs tofamily lamellar and family Tyadovkov. Scientists have more than 2,5 thousand species of these fungi. Most of the ryadovok can be used for food, but there are also those who can not eat. For edible it is possible to attribute a species such as the purple, scaly, massive, poplar, yellow, gray, riot-giant, lilac-legged and matsutake. The remaining (and large) part of this family is poisonous and refers to conditionally edible fungi.
The ryadovka grows on sandy soil among coniferous andmixed forests. Fruits it from the end of summer and the middle of autumn. Edible mushrooms have a pleasant taste and smell, they are fried, marinated, salted. Collect them for food better, while they are young, because mature ryadovki have a bitter taste. Many doctors recommend this kind of live plants to people with tuberculosis, some subspecies are used in the manufacture of antibiotics. But, despite their benefits, one should not give this delicacy to children.
The rows of rows between the colors of the hat differ, often they can be found growing circle or in a row, why they got such a name. The purple stripe is a delicious edible mushroom, the distinctive features of which are its color and smell. Thanks to the purple hue of the hat, they are also called violet, cyanosis and cilia. Young mushrooms have a convex cap in the form of a semicircle measuring 7-15 cm, mature - almost flat, with bent to the bottom edges. The flesh is thick, dense, having a color from violet to lilac-cream.
Find this delicacy is very simple. During the season, the purple stratum densely populates all plantations and forests, regardless of their type. Often, it can be found on the backyard. This kind of plate-shaped fungi can be collected from the end of summer and to stable frosts.
The gray series (streaky) has a pale graycolor of conical-convex shape. The surface of the young fungus is smooth, but as it grows, cracks may appear. Leg has a white or grayish shade, its surface can be covered with flakes. This kind of ryadovka has a pleasant taste and mealy smell. Inexperienced mushroom pickers can often confuse gray serie with toxic fibrous, which is characterized by a thinner skin and an ash-gray bonnet.
The white ration (white tricholoma) is white, andsometimes cream color. The hat is also convex, cartilaginous in appearance, with a diameter of 3-8 cm. As it ripens, it becomes wavy, convex-protruding with yellowish spots. Leg long, elastic, slightly curved, fibrous, with an unpleasant, specific odor. It is a poisonous fungus, it has a similarity to an edible ryadovka grown together. In the mushroom season, the tricholic white can very often be met along the roads, from afar it is taken for an edible mushroom, distinctly nodule, which can grow with it in the same places.
Matsutake (as well as purple strife) refers toedible mushrooms. It is a very tasty species of the Ryadovkov family, which grows next to the trees under fallen leaves. It is worth noting that this fungus grows only under certain types of trees. So, for example, in Japan it can be found at the foot of the red pine, and in North America - at the trunks of pines and firs. Fruiting matsutake from late June to early October.
