- some greens;
- salt.
The process of preparation of salad:
1. If you took frozen beans, then you need to lower it into hot water and boil for ten minutes.
2. Finely chop the greens.
3. Cook quail eggs and cut into two parts.
4. With the tuna, drain the liquid.
5. Mix beans, tuna and greens.
6. We fill the salad with sunflower oil, a little pepper and salt.
7. When serving such a salad on the table, you need to properly arrange a plate: put a salad in the center, and lay eggs along the edges.

Ingredients of this salad are calculated approximately on five portions:
- Two hundred grams of salted tuna (you can also take another salted fish);

- 75 grams of any boiled mushrooms (it is better to take only hats);
- 25 grams of grated nutmeg.
For the sauce you will need:
- four tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- two tablespoons of table vinegar (wine);
- one tablespoon of mustard;
- spice.
The recipe for salad:
1. Cut the beans diagonally into pieces about 4 centimeters.
2. When the water boils, throw the beans into it and blanch for three minutes. Then filter out the water and beat the beans with cold water.
3. We take out the brine from the brine, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
4. We put the ready beans in a salad bowl and add pieces of fish, tomato slices, boiled mushrooms and nutmeg.
5. Prepare the sauce: pour the vegetable oil, then add the vinegar, mustard and spices and whisk everything.
