  • wheat flour weighing 800 grams (about 4 glasses);

  • salt;
  • butter in the amount of 50 grams;
  • a pile (50 ml) of cognac or vodka.

  • honey in the amount of 450 grams;
  • sugar weighing 200 grams.

For frying:

  • a glass (200 ml) of vegetable oil;
  • melted butter in the amount of 250 grams.

Additional ingredients (added to taste and desire):

  • dried fruits (raisins, prunes, dried apricots);
  • Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.).
