2. Mash the dough until it is no longer at hand.

3. We put the dough to go for about an hour. During this time, its volumes will increase approximately two-fold.

4. Then put the dough in the refrigerator and leave it for half an hour.

5. After that, roll it into a rectangle, the thickness of which should be two centimeters. Put a soft butter on the rectangle.

6. Then add our dough three times and patch the edges, so that the butter does not come out. After that we roll out the dough and add it four times already. Then put our dough in the fridge for an hour (but you can and all night).

7. When the dough is ready, roll it into a rectangle, about one centimeter thick, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Then cut into strips and turn into flagella.

8. After the buns have been stuck for half an hour, grind flour, butter and sugar into crumbs, then grease the buns with egg and sprinkle with the streak.

9. Bake buns for about half an hour at 180 degrees.

If you do not have too much time toindependently prepare puff pastry, then store in the refrigerator is already ready. So your guests will never catch you unawares. Because literally in half an hour you can cook delicious envelopes from puff pastry.

Puff pastry with apples

You will need:

  • one pack of frozen puff pastry;
  • two large apples;
  • sugar.
