Process description

- Slice of garlic.
- 100 grams of white bread.
- A tablespoon of low-fat sour cream.
- Salt, any spices, breadcrumbs and refined lean oil.
Sequencing
The washed meat is cut into not very large chunks andtwisted into minced meat. In the same way do with onions and milk bread baked in milk. In the resulting mass add crushed garlic, salt and spices. To give a more delicate structure, a tablespoon of lean oil and sour cream are poured into it. All is well mixed until homogeneous.
