"Roll" salad with ham and tomatoes.

Ingredients:
- 330 g of fresh ham;
- 3 fleshy tomatoes;
- 2 orange bell peppers;
- 180 g of cheese of any solid;
fresh herbs;
- mayonnaise with a lemon scent.

Method of preparation "Rolls" (salad with ham and tomatoes):
Rinse all vegetables thoroughly, soak with papertowel and free from the middle, including tomatoes. Cut the Bulgarian pepper into small pieces, tomato and ham chop the same thin straw. Cheese can be grinded with a knife or grated on a large grater.

When the ingredients are prepared, takecooked beforehand a dish, lay a ham on it so that it covers the bottom, you can give the salad a shape, for example, hearts. Cover the ham with mayonnaise and lay a thin layer of tomatoes, which should be watered with mayonnaise. Then alternately put the Bulgarian pepper and grated cheese, each layer is also flavored with mayonnaise, so that the salad is juicy. "Flotilla": salad with pasta and ham

Ingredients:
- middle pack of solid spirals;
- a can of white 400 ml of canned beans;
- 230 g of fresh ham;
- 3 fleshy tomatoes;
- one salad violet bulb;
- one orange Bulgarian medium pepper;
- greens for decorating salad.

Ingredients for sauce:
- 180 ml of fresh pressed olive oil;
- a small pack of low-fat cream;
- 45 ml of wine vinegar;
- 17 ml of lemon juice;
- 10 ml of dried basil.

Cooking method: In the prepared container, pour water for the brewing of pasta and add there, after boiling, vegetable oil, salt and pasta, we bring to the readiness for the time specified on the pack. We throw it back in a colander and rinse it with ice water so that it does not stick together. Cut small ham and pepper into small pieces, tomato cubes, onion in thin strips and scald with steep boiling water, then merge with beans liquid and put everything in a large bowl. Pour the remaining oil, vinegar, cream and lemon juice into the blender, basil, whisk and season the ingredients. Mix and put into a salad bowl, sprinkled with greens on top.

"Juicy" salad - cocktail with ham

Ingredients:
- 330 g fresh ham
- 150 g of Finnish salami
- 150 g freshly sliced
- 3 fleshy tomatoes
- 2 orange bell peppers
- 180 g of cheese of any solid
fresh greens, clove of garlic
- for sour cream sauce and mayonnaise in the proportion of 50/50

Cooking method: Rinse all vegetables thoroughly, pat dry with a paper towel and free from the middle, including tomatoes. Bulgarian pepper and cut into small slices, tomatoes, sliced ​​and ham chop the same thin straw. Cheese grind with a knife or grate. Squeeze a clove of garlic in a blender, add sour cream and mayonnaise to it, beat it into a sauce. Put all the ingredients in a prepared jar and mix with the sauce, after decorating with selected herbs at your own discretion.

These salads are good because they do not take long to prepare (not more than half an hour), the ham gives the dish a rich aroma and is combined with any vegetables, without requiring additional processing.
