  1. First, decide how much you will berest and how to spend your vacation. If you want to go to the tropics, take a vacation for at least 2 weeks. The fact is that while on vacation, you will have to undergo acclimatization, which will take several days. Imagine, your body has just become accustomed to moist air and high temperatures, and you subject it to repeated stress (and acclimatization is stress for the body), coming back too early. Naturally, going to work after such a vacation will be excruciating. If you can afford to take a vacation for a few days, better spend it in the usual climatic zone. You can go to the dacha, visit relatives or friends;
  2. Remember the rule: "At work - working, on vacation - resting." If you can separate these two activities, then after the holidays it will be easier for you to tune in to business. At the same time, do not forget that rest is not everyday walks until the morning ... You can, of course, afford a little drink, but if you do not know the measure, then after a two-week alcoholic marathon you will not be at work, but in the hospital !! So it is better to direct the forces to restore the body after workdays;
  3. Try to return from vacation 3-4 days beforegoing to work. This will help you to go through re-acclimatization and tune in to work. These days, try to rest more. Do not stress yourself in these days with urgent household chores. Visit friends, donate brought souvenirs or do house cleaning at the end of a new work week;
  4. For a couple of days before the end of the holiday try to go to bed at the same time as on working days. This will help to adjust the body to work after vacation;
  5. In the first working days after the holiday is not worth ittake on new projects or too complex tasks. It is better, if you finish the already begun project, after all to finish it is much easier, than to begin to do something from zero. If there is no such activity, then plan. Schedule a list of tasks that you will need to complete in the coming days. By the way, you can do this for a few days before the end of the holiday, then after the holiday you can safely proceed to the planned.
