Party "Alternative for Germany": program, attitude towards Russia
It seems that the migration crisis brings first fruitsin Europe. At the regional elections in Germany, the leading party, the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), with a bang, loses to its closest political rivals. However, almost always in its place stood the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD). But in these elections in the Bundestag, everything can be different - it is gaining ratings and taking the leading right-wing radical party "Alternative for Germany". We will discuss it in more detail below.
Worrying bells in March
In the March elections in 2016 in three Germanstates there was a shocking event for many European politicians: for the first time the two party German giants - the CDU and the SPD - began to lose their third power.
This indicates a serious dissatisfactionthe development vector in the country, as the CDU today is the ruling party. The whole reason for the serious failures in foreign policy, which provoked colossal problems within German society.
Today, a new force is coming to the forefront - the party "Alternative for Germany". In the land of Saxony-Anhalt, she received more than 20 percent, overtaking the SPD more than twice.
The sunset of old Europe?
But the problem, called "Merkel and" Alternative for Germany, "is not only the Germans. In Europe, there is a change in the "old" system:
- The Christian democrats of post-war Italy are also a thing of the past.
- In Spain there are constant politicalcrises. The traditional center-right People's Party and the center-left Socialist Party have lost so many seats recently that they are no longer able to create a coalition of the majority. Without the support of alternative parties, such as, for example, the "Civil Platform", they can no longer make their own decisions.
- The "Independence Party of the United Kingdom" inBritain is already forcing to reconsider the traditional system in this country. The recent referendum on the withdrawal from the European Union speaks of the possible mass support of the party in the future.
- Also popular are the alternative to the "old", the traditional party "Five stars" in Italy, the "National Front" in France.
- A protest vote in the US presidential election also says that Americans are unhappy with the established party system.
Thus, the "Alternative for Germany" is notthe only phenomenon in the country of developed Europe. The transformation of the old political system is gaining momentum. But we will try to understand the reasons for these processes.
The "Empire of Evil" is destroyed - the wrestlers remained
The reasons for such processes are that the political systems of Western countries were formed taking into account two circumstances:
- The external enemy is the Soviet Union.
- Internal - the communist threat.
To date, neither the "Empire of Evil" nor the danger of the "red plague" is no more.
In addition, Western politicians are increasingly moving away from reality. Their course of development is aimed at implementing goals that are incomprehensible to ordinary voters.
The failed policy of combating migrants, activefinancial support for Greece, Portugal, not accepted by the population, foreign policy on confrontation in the world, economic sanctions against some countries, military intervention and inability to regulate external conflicts that led to the influx of refugees - all this is not welcomed by the electorate. Year by year patience, apparently, comes to an end.
Conservatives of Europe seem to have forgotten about the otherthe problem of ultra-right forces. The right-wing party "Alternative for Germany", which wins the rating in local territorial parliaments, is a vivid proof of this.
"We are ours, we will build a new world"?
But what is the ideological platform of the newpolitical force? What is the party's "Alternative for Germany" attitude to Russia? How can the bilateral relations of our countries change if in the federal elections in the Bundestag this party wins? Let's try to understand.
A new political force appeared in 2013. Many incorrectly refer to it as the "Alternative" party. Germany already talked about the EU's dissatisfaction. This is understandable: almost all of Europe's crisis countries, Greece, Portugal, and some countries of Eastern Europe, were pulling on their shoulders alone. But instead of gratitude for economic salvation, the Germans have to hear discontent from these countries. An example is Greece, whose financial assistance was generated by the speech of Greek politicians who claimed about Germany's obligations to pay reparations to Athens for World War II.
The future leader of the party "Alternative for Germany" Frauke Petri heard these sentiments and created an alliance of Eurosceptics with like-minded people.
After the creation of the political force, the AdG candidates immediately began to fight in the elections to the Landtags of the eight lands of Germany. The results were quite successful - from 5.5 to 25 percent.
Today, according to sociological surveys, it ranks third after the traditional CDU and SPD. But the slogans that the "Alternative for Germany" put forward say that this is only the beginning.
The slogan is "Islam is not part of Germany"
Tolerance and tolerance in Europe led tothe fact that many Islamists began to behave like the masters of the country. Cases of mass rape on the part of immigrants from the Arab republics, fights, attacks on women with loose hair are far from being the whole list of actions that migrants commit. AdG made it clear that she is an anti-Islamic party. She considers the norms of the Sharia to be incompatible with the values of Europe.
The slogan of the second is "The rejection of the euro"
Also against the European currency is the party"An alternative for Germany." Party leader Frauke Petri said that if the FRG does not stop experimenting with the euro, they intend to seek a referendum on the withdrawal from the EU. The recent breccinet on Britain's withdrawal from the Union showed that such appeals are not at all populist.
But AdG is not against Germany's membership in the EU. On the contrary, it declares its active participation in it, but only within the framework of economic cooperation. No federalization of the EU into a single state following the example of the United States should not be. The political union should again turn into the European Economic Community (EEC), as it was before 1992.
The third slogan is "Limitation of Party Power"
AdG proposes to hold referendums on keyissues of Germany. No backstage laws that do not support the majority of citizens should not be. It is necessary to change the system of the Bundestag and the Landtags, to reduce the deputies, to limit the chancellor's rule by two terms, to institute an elected presidential power.
The slogan is the fourth - "Germany is obliged to become a member of the UN Security Council"
As for the first three slogans of AdG, theyrelated to the internal affairs of Germany. Although the transformation of the EU into the EEC from Germany does not depend and is populism. This can be traced in the fourth slogan - the desire to become a permanent member of the UN Security Council.
In addition, foreign policy slogans include such appeals as:
- Against the creation of a European army. The call for the withdrawal of the Federal Republic of Germany from NATO was not approved by the AdG Congress.
- Restoration of general military duty.
- Establishment of close relations with Russia as one of the main guarantors of security in the world.
The slogan is the fifth - "Refusal to protect the climate"
AdG first publicly announced a massivecollusion of European ecologists and politicians. The climate is changing throughout the history of mankind. Global warming is replaced by global cooling. These are inevitable processes in nature. Emissions of carbon dioxide by mankind are a drop, compared with how much the world ocean can be "thrown out" by the same gas under periodic climate changes.
AdG calls to protect the environment, but refusesrecognize the 2000 law on renewable energy. According to the leaders of the party, this normative legal act is an example of a planned economy connected with the allocation of resources.
The slogan of the sixth one - "Return to atomic energy"
AdG also believes that it was wrong to refusefrom atomic energy. The party intends in case of victory in the elections to resume this resource, as well as abolish the law on renewable energy and subsidies for wind and solar energy.
Germany: elections. "Alternative for Germany" improves results
With each election process, the party consolidates its own advantage:
- September 2013 - the first elections to the Bundestag. The result is 4.7%.
- May 2014 - Elections to the European Parliament. The result is 7.1%.
- Elections to the Landtag - up to 20%.
- The last election in Berlin - "Alternative for Germany" is ahead of the CDU Merkel party.
The results of the elections make it clear that "Alternativefor Germany "can make adjustments to the modern political system of Germany. The era of the actual bipartisan system, in which only two forces - the CDU and the SPD - succeed each other in the Bundestag, may end. Today, it is likely that the left-of-center and center-right political forces will be replaced by a right-wing radical party, the Alternative for Germany party. What will happen next in Europe and the world? Nobody knows this today.
