Biography
Sergei Filin, whose photo is presented in thisarticle, was born in Moscow in October 1970. The artist's parents had nothing to do with art. My father was a driver, and my mother was a housewife. He was not the only child in the family. He also had a sister who also became a ballet dancer. Sergei Yurievich started dancing at the age of seven. At first it was an ensemble named Loktev. In 1979, nine-year-old Sergei starred in the movie "The Sun in a string bag." Then there was training in a choreographic school, which Sergei successfully graduated in 1988. After completing his studies, he was immediately admitted to the Bolshoi Theater, to the ballet troupe. On the ballerina Maria Prorvich married Sergei Filin. The children of the People's Artist (two sons from the current spouse and one from the first marriage) have different passions. The younger father hopes that he will become a dancer. The average son likes to sing more and is going to take part in the children's "Voice".
Career dancer
In the Bolshoi Theater Sergei Filin was adopted in 1988year. He performed the first solo part in 5 years. It was the role of Prince Siegfried in the ballet "Swan Lake" by Pyotr Tchaikovsky. The next major role was a year later - James in the production of "Sylphide". In 1994, Sergei was awarded the prize "Benoit de la dance" for his performance in the ballet "Sleeping Beauty" by Prince Desire. In 1995 S. Filin was declared the dancer of the year. And in 1996 he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia. Soon Sergey began to travel with the Bolshoi Theater touring abroad: to the USA, Portugal, Turkey, Brazil, Bermuda, Japan, Germany, England, Bulgaria and so on. In all the loudest premieres of the Bolshoi Theater, Sergey Filin was busy in the main parties. The artist participated in concerts, in jubilee celebrations. Sergei Filin in 2002 was nominated for the "Golden Mask" for the performance of the Taor party in the production of "The Daughter of the Pharaoh". But in the competition as a result of participation and did not accept. The management of the theater decided to remove this ballet from its repertoire. In the same year, Sergei took part in the production of "Sylphide" in conjunction with "Tokyo Ballet". In 2001, Sergei Filin received the title of People's Artist of Russia. In 2004, for the performance of the party in the ballet "Bright Stream", Sergei received the Golden Mask Award in the nomination "Best Actor". The career of the dancer S.Filin was completed in 2008.

In 2011, he returned to his native State Bolshoi Theater, where he spent many years as prime minister. Attempted
In January 2013, near his house, Sergei Filinwas attacked. He was assassinated. An unknown man poured a ballet master's face with acid. The organizer of the crime is the soloist of the ballet of the Bolshoi Theater Pavel Dmitrichenko. The executor is his neighbor in the country, Yuri Zarutskiy, who has already served his sentences in places of imprisonment earlier. According to the Bolshoi leadership's version, the motive for the crime lies in the fact that the organizer wanted to displace Sergei Yuryevich from office and take his place. On treatment, Sergei was in Germany for more than a month. He was done more than 20 operations. The view of the choreographer could not be fully restored. The perpetrators of the attack were sentenced to 6 years in a strict-regime colony. Sergei Yurievich after the treatment was returned to the duties of hudruk. In 2014, S. Filin was hospitalized with a diagnosis of edema Quincke. This happened because of the rejection of the skin by the body, which was transplanted on the face during plastic surgery.
