Alexey Chernyshev: biography of the politician

Family, personal life and hobbies
Chernyshev Alexey Andreevich was born twentyMarch 9, 1939 in the Orenburg region, in the Novosergievsky district, the village of Rybkino. His father's name was Andrei Gavrilovich, his mother was Anna Andreevna. Chernyshev is married and has a daughter. Alexey Andreevich is fond of gardening, professional and historical literature. He likes cars, especially self-propelled cars.
Education
After graduation, Alexey Chernyshev enteredChkalovsky technical school of agriculture. He graduated from it in 1957. Then he studied at the Orenburg Agricultural Institute. He graduated in 1962, received the specialty "mechanical engineer". Then he studied at the Academy of Social Sciences. He graduated from the university in 1987.
Work experience
Work began immediately after Alexei Andreevichagricultural institute. Chernyshev got on the distribution to the Sovetskii state farm. He was in a remote village, on the border with Kazakhstan. In the village there was not enough engineer-mechanic, and Alexey Chernyshev got a job in a repair shop.
In 1965, Chernyshev was promoted to the chief specialist, and then became head of the production district administration in the field of agriculture.
Party work
Since 1973 Alexey Andreevich began to contribute to party work. At first he was the first secretary of the Akbulak district. In this position he worked for almost seventeen years. In 1978 Chernyshev moved to live in Orenburg. He worked as the head of the regional agricultural department and 1st deputy chairman of the Agroprom Council.
In 1983 became a member of the regional committee, and in the ninetieth year - a people's deputy. Then I got on the career ladder to the chairman of the Committee on Social Development of the Village, Food and Agrarian Issues. He joined the party "Agrarian Union" and "Russian Unity".
In the ninety-third year, after the dissolutionparliament, Alexei Chernyshev became the first deputy minister of agriculture in Russia. A little later, in the same year, was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation, and in 1995 - again re-elected.
Governor's activity
In 1999 the governor of the Orenburg region was elected. For this post there was a fierce competition between Vladimir Elagin and Pavel Gurkalov. One was the incumbent governor, the second was the plant's director. Chernyshev as the main candidate was not perceived at all, but for a fraction of percent ahead of Gurkalov and went to the second round of elections.
Alexei Andreevich was able to get around and Elagin with a marginin 9 percent of the vote. As a result, Chernyshev received the post of governor of the Orenburg region. In 2000, Alexei Andreevich became a member of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Committee for Agrarian Policy. The following year he resigned his first powers.
ONAKO Company
In the year 2000 Alexey Andreevich, the governor of the Orenburg region, decided to secure for her a controlling stake in ONAKO. After the election of its president, A. Shamsuarov, Chernyshev opposed such a decision and insisted on reviewing the applicants for such a high post. As a result, in 2000, Alexei Andreevich became a member of the board of directors of the company, and soon became chairman.
End of gubernatorial activity
At the end of 2003 Chernyshev was again elected governor of the region, and in 2005 his powers were extended for one more term. The candidature of Chernyshev was put to the vote by Vladimir Putin. In 2010, at a meeting with journalists, Alexei Andreevich said that he proposed not to consider him for the next governor's term.
In the same year, June 15, Chernyshevtransferred his powers to the head of the Orenburg region, J. Berg. In the autumn of 2014, Alexei Andreevich left the post of representative to the Federation Council from the region. To this post was appointed deputy from the party "LDPR" E. Afanasyeva.
After leaving the governor's post Chernyshevshared his impressions of the work with journalists. He said that this is a very interesting activity, since it is possible to implement different ideas, influence different spheres of life and see the final result of the work.
Awards and titles
Alexei Chernyshev was awarded many orders fortheir services to the Fatherland, the Russian people, for their work. And also with several medals. In the spring of 2001, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced Chernyshov's gratitude for success and merit.
Alexei Andreevich wrote and published more than a hundred works on agrarian policy.
In 2002 Chernyshev became secretary of the Presidium of the RAD, founded in May of the same year. Alexey Andreevich takes an active part in the development of new legislative acts in relation to land and the development of the agrarian industry.
