Blake was not just tired, he was exhausted. The fire of life in him flares up only once, when he takes up the guitar and performs his last song.
He arranges at the greenhouse and falls asleep. After some time, the gardener finds Blake dead. His friends, fearing problems, leave Blake's house.
The script writer acknowledged that the film becamesemi-biographical. The idea came to him after he got acquainted with the materials about the last days of the life of the legendary Kurt Cobain, the leader of the group "Nirvana".
