Marrows, marinated, like mushrooms: recipe
Marrows, marinated, like mushrooms, remind ontaste of salted mushrooms. They have an original taste. And most importantly - very easy to prepare. Such zucchini are one of the best side dishes, suitable for a meat dish, and as an appetizer for vodka they are also excellent. So let's reveal the secret of their preparation.
Ingredients (option number 1)
To make such zucchini (marinated, like mushrooms), you will need:
- three kilograms of courgettes;
- two carrots;
- 1/2 cup of garlic (chopped);
- two st. tablespoons of salt;
- a glass of sugar;
- one and a half glasses of vegetable oil;
- a glass of 9% vinegar;
- one art. a spoon of ground pepper (black);
- on a bunch of dill and parsley.
This list of products can be called the main one. There are recipes in which this list is slightly different. But about this later.
Cooking process
It's very easy to pickle marrows. The recipe, which will now be discussed, will not cause difficulties even for beginners.
We take zucchini, clean them and cut them into cubes. Pour it into a large saucepan. We proceed to carrots. We clean it, but cut it in thin circles. Add to the pan to the zucchini. Parsley and dill finely shred. We send it to the vegetables in a saucepan. The same is done with chopped garlic. Vegetables season with sugar, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar. We mix everything well. We give three hours to stand.
After that, we spread the salad over sterilebanks, cover with lids. We collect in a pan water on the neck of the can, set the salad sterilized for 30 minutes. Periodically check the condition of the dish. If there are rising bubbles in the banks, then it can be argued that the dish is ready.
When zucchini, marinated, like mushrooms, will be ready, we take out the jars from the pan. We turn them upside down, wrap them around, keep them in such a shape, until the salad completely cools.
Option number 2
Earlier it was mentioned that the list of productscan be different. Marrows marinated for the winter, you can cook a little differently. It is even worth experimenting and picking up the set of components that you will have to taste. We offer a variant of the recipe, which does not differ significantly from the previous one.
We will need:
- zucchini - one and a half kilograms;
- salt - one tbsp. a spoon;
- pepper black (ground) - 1/2 st. a spoon;
- sugar - three tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil - 1/2 cup;
- dill-bun;
- vinegar 9% - 1/2 cup;
- garlic - 4-5 teeth.
We clean zucchini, cut into fairly largeSlices, which should resemble pieces of chopped mushrooms. In the presence of a loose core in zucchini, it should be cut. If this is not done, then the effect of the gruel will not work. But this is the main goal of this procurement.
We cut the fennel. Clean and chop the garlic with a knife. All mixed, leave at room temperature for three hours for marinating.
Now prepare the saladSterile jars, cover with sterile lids, put in a large saucepan with warm water. The water level should not be higher than the can shoulders. When the water boils, sterilize zucchini minutes 5-7.
We remove the cans, roll them up, turn the neck down. They do not need to be wrapped. In this position, leave until the complete cooling. And only then put the store for the winter period in a cool place.
Option number 3
Since the technology of preparation of such zucchini according to different recipes does not differ much, we will reflect on the ingredients included in the salad. The list of products can be as follows:
- 2 kg of courgettes;
- 7 cloves of garlic;
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil;
- 1/2 cup of vinegar;
- one and a half hundred. tablespoons of salt;
- black ground pepper (to taste);
- three (without a hill) art. spoons of sugar;
- to taste parsley and dill (or something one).
Using these ingredients in such quantities, you will end up with five half-liter jars. A little pokolduyte over them, and you will have delicious zucchini, marinated, like mushrooms.
