Salad with mozzarella cheese - delicious food

If there are only a few minutes left before the arrival of guests, and you have only a couple of dishes on the table, you do not need to get upset. You can quickly make a salad with mozzarella cheese. We offer you two options, and which one to choose is up to you.
Salad with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes
Set of products:
- two medium tomatoes;
- 400 g of mozzarella cheese;
- olive oil;
- half a glass of fresh and finely chopped basil;
- 2 tsp. wine vinegar;
- ground pepper (best black);
- salt.
Cooking method:
1) First we need to cut the cheese into thin slices, each of which will be cut in half. If you do not like slices, then you can not cut the cheese into slices, but make large circles.
2) We do the same with tomatoes. It is best to cut them with thin rings. In this case, tomatoes themselves can be not only red, but also yellow, and pink, and even black. The main thing is that they do not sour.
3) We wash the basil leaves with water from the tap. Then lay out on a paper towel and let it dry. After this, it is necessary to chop the greens with a sharp knife.
4) Take a deep bowl, pour in it olive oil and a little bit of wine vinegar. Mix them, and then salt.

Necessary ingredients:

- 150 g of mozzarella cheese;

- several branches of cilantro;
- 150 g of beans (suitable frozen or fresh);
- olive oil;
- lettuce leaves;
- juice squeezed from one lemon;
- ground pepper;
- salt (normal or iodinated).
Preparation:
1) Cut the fish into small pieces. Spread into a heated frying pan with butter and fry for at least 2-3 minutes.
2) In a saucepan with boiling and slightly saltedwater pour the beans. We cook until ready. For fresh beans, 5 minutes are enough, and for a frozen bean, only a couple of minutes. Next, throw it into a colander and let it dry out.
3) Chicken eggs need to boil hard, chill, peel and cut into 4 parts.
4) We cut tomatoes into halves, and cheese - small cubes or thin straws.
5) All the above ingredients are combined witharugula. At this stage, the dish can be salted and peppered. On top, sprinkle with juice squeezed out of lemon, and olive oil. This is necessary in order to improve the taste. It remains to gently mix everything with a spoon and serve it to the table.
