A variety of non-natural supplements -flavors, sweeteners, dyes - this is what makes corn flakes (the benefits and harm of which after reading the composition become not so obvious thing) is not the best option for daily use. In addition to the general negative effects on the body, they can cause allergies.
Corn flakes are a source of fiber. However, in comparison with the maize of natural dietary fiber in them is much less. And the reason is that the grains are exposed to very different influences: grinding, roasting, pressing. As a result, a significant part of the nutrients simply collapses.
