Chestnut nuts are very tasty. They are consumed fried, boiled, grinded into flour, eaten raw. Chestnut dishes differ not only in their taste qualities, but also in their healing properties. They contain a large number of proteins, carbohydrates, many different useful compounds and fatty oils.

Take the whole pumpkin and cut off the top. Do not throw it away, but save it. This will be the lid for our dish. Remove all the seeds and fibrous pulp from the pumpkin.

Now it's time to prepare the filling. Mix two cups of brown rice cooked in salted water, two glasses of breadcrumbs of wheat bread, two sour apples (cut into cubes), one glass of roasted chestnuts, cut in half. Add any greens to your liking. Pour all the ingredients with two glasses of cooked vegetable broth, half a glass of melted butter, put a couple of spoons of soy sauce, salt. Stir the filling so that all the ingredients are distributed evenly.

Put the filling in the pumpkin, cover and put on a baking sheet for an hour and a half.

Chestnuts, recipe for first course

Homeland of this soup is germanium. You need half a kilo of fruit, you can use canned chestnuts.

Preparation begins with cutting fruitschestnut in four parts. Melt in a saucepan two tablespoons of butter and put the prepared chestnuts, and sprinkle with a small spoonful of powdered sugar. Fry, stirring constantly, for about five minutes. After adding the chopped onion, 100 grams of celery and crushed garlic clove. Once the onion is clear, pour a glass of dry red wine into the pan. Salt, pepper, add a little nutmeg.

Put out 15 minutes, then pour a liter of meatbroth and 200 ml of cream. Cook for another 10 minutes. By this time all the ingredients, including chestnuts, will be soft. The recipe allows you to turn a dish into a soup-puree, you just have to grind everything with a mixer.

Sweet chestnuts, chocolate cake recipe

Dough. Boil five eggs, separate the yolks and mix them with 200 grams of margarine and two tablespoons of sour cream. Put two glasses of flour and half a tablespoon of soda. Knead the dough. Divide the dough into small pieces, put on each whole chestnut nut, sprinkle with grated chocolate and roll the balls. Bake for 20 minutes, cool.

Glaze. Combine three tablespoons of sour cream and five sugars, mix well, after pouring 50 grams of grated chocolate or just cocoa. In a separate cup grate a few wafers.

Now each cake is dipped in the glaze, and then roll in the wafer crumb. Give a little to stand and you can serve for tea.

Chestnuts, stuffed turkey recipe

Chestnuts clean, pour warm water and givestand for 12 hours. After the water is drained, put the fruits in a saucepan, pour fresh water and put on fire. Salt and simmer for an hour, after which drain.

A piece of turkey fillet weighing 500 - 700 grams to discourage,but not too much. Put meat in a frying pan with melted butter, fry on both sides. Then add salt, pepper, pour the broth with meat and simmer for an hour and a half. If the broth boils, add it again.

In another frying pan, melt a piece of butter, add a small spoonful of sugar, a minute later put 300 grams of chestnuts (cut into quarters), they should get a glossy shade.

On a separate dish put a ready-made piece of turkey, on it fried nuts. Roll up the meat with a roll, tie it with thread and let it stand for a while.

You can serve this roll either separately or with a side dish. Be sure to cook any sauce for it, you can simply lubricate with mayonnaise.
