So, how to cook a hard cheese? To create it you will need: half a liter of milk and a half a kilogram of cottage cheese, half a teaspoon of soda and salt, and a butter weighing 70 grams.
The creation process is as follows: in boiling milk, pour grated cottage cheese, stirring constantly, the resulting mixture is again brought to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Then shift it to gauze, located in a colander, and lightly press, thereby getting rid of excess fluid.
Not leaving half-finished cheese to cool, it should beput into a saucepan, add a mixture of soda, oil and salt to it and quickly stir until the mass becomes uniform and will not easily move away from the walls. Next, the pan is removed from the plate, allowed to cool slightly and then proceeds to shape modeling. Now it remains only to cool the ready-made cheese, for which it will be put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes in a greased form.
