- Remove the pan from the fire, cool it. Soften with a blender until mashed. Put again on the fire to keep the contents warm.

- Blend the soup with a blender in a homogeneous mass. Put chicken, add salt and pepper to taste.
- The soup is ready. Pour it over warm plates.
