Caesar salad with shrimps - recipe

- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise;
- 1/2 teaspoon pasta from anchovies;
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce;
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice;
- 3 table spoons of parmesan grated;
- a pinch of black freshly ground pepper;
- salt to taste;
- 3 small heads of salad "romaine" or 1 large;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 500 grams of large shrimp, peeled and prepared;
- 2 slices of wheat bread, diced in 1,5-2 cm.

In a medium bowl, mix the first sixcomponents to make the sauce. It is necessary to beat up all the ingredients well in order to obtain a homogeneous mass. Try the resulting mixture to taste and add salt if necessary. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to connect.
