Soup of green peas can be cooked quickly and easily. This dish will turn out very satisfying, since peas contain a large amount of protein.
Soups with peas are very abundant, and eachof them is original and delicious in its own way. I propose a few simple recipes that will make delicious dishes in a short time and nourish the whole family.
Green Pea Soup
To prepare this soup, we will need: about half a kilogram of pork ribs, a packet of green peas (fresh or frozen), medium carrots, onions, two tablespoons of sour cream, a little vegetable oil, any fresh herbs, two bay leaves, pepper and salt to your liking.
Preparation: take the pot, add the ribs in it, fill it with water and set it to cook. After the water boils, throw the green peas and (minutes after five) peeled and cut into cubes potatoes. Those who like potatoes boiled, you can throw it along with peas.
While the soup is brewed, cook the roast. Finely chop onion and fry in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Grate the carrot and add to the onion. Once the vegetables have a golden color, put sour cream and stew for about two minutes. Our roast is ready. Add it to the soup and cook until the peas are ready. Sprinkle the soup from the green peas with finely chopped dill and parsley.
To improve the taste in the soup should be added sour cream.
Cream-soup of green peas
Necessary ingredients: 400 grams of fresh or canned peas, a glass of chopped lettuce leaves, green onions, about a liter of chicken broth, a teaspoon of sugar, some black pepper and chervil, 25 grams of butter and salt.
Let's do cooking: We put 350 grams of peas, lettuce leaves and chervil in a pot. Fill with chicken broth, pepper, salt and put on fire. As soon as the soup boils, reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes. Next, merge into a bowl of broth, boiled peas grinded through a sieve, again pour broth and add butter. We put on fire and cook for 10 minutes.
Ready soup of green peas spilled on plates and lay out the remaining peas.
Soup of frozen peas
This soup is quite thick and very tasty.
We need the following products: two medium bulbs, a clove of garlic, a liter of vegetable broth, 300 grams of frozen peas, a slice of smoked bacon, four tomatoes, green onions, vegetable oil, half a glass of sour cream, pepper and a little salt.
Preparation: One head of peeled onions is thinly shredded, garlic ground and lightly fried in vegetable oil. In a saucepan with vegetable broth we put green peas, onions with garlic and put on the fire cook, until the peas are ready. Mine tomatoes, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. We chop the green onions with rings. Bacon cut into small cubes and fry in a frying pan, add the tomatoes, the remaining chopped onions, pepper, salt and stew under a closed lid for a couple of minutes.
Welded green peas are taken out of the broth andgrind it through a fine sieve to make a mashed potatoes. If possible, you can use a blender. Pea puree spread in broth, dosalivayem if necessary and gently mix everything. Ready soup is poured on plates, we spread roasted bacon, green onions and sour cream.
