- In advance it is necessary to warm up the oven right from the tray. After 5-10 minutes, remove it and sprinkle a small amount of flour, but do not need to lubricate with oil. A tray with "tongues" should be placed for 25 minutes in the oven and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees.
During the preparation, the dough will rise strongly and exfoliate. Serve this dish best with tea or compote. If you want to add sweets, then you can spread honey or jam on them.
