Mating of reinforcement for foundation installation
Armature is universally used in modernconstruction. With its help make reinforced concrete blocks, piles, panels and much more. At the same time, it is constantly used for making foundations and for concreting. However, there is a special technology of knitting reinforcement, which involves the connection of its elements with each other before pouring a loaf.
Usually for this purpose such a binding is usedfittings, like welding. It is used in the manufacture of blocks and other products made of reinforced concrete. When it comes to the foundation and manufacture of overlaps by hand, this method is not entirely appropriate. This creates a very rigid structure, the integrity of which can be disturbed during operation, not to mention the fact that high temperature reduces the strength of the reinforcement bars. Also, this process is quite expensive and takes a lot of time and resources. Therefore, a wire is often used to bind the reinforcement, with the help of which the connection is made.
With this method, the reinforcement fits withsmall "overlapping" on each other, and the connection is made immediately in three places by means of a steel wire with a diameter of no more than 1.2 mm. Such a process does not require large financial costs and labor. This is how obedient carcasses are obtained, which is necessary for subsequent shrinkage of concrete.
It should be noted that knitting reinforcement in this wayimmediately became very popular among builders, and some companies even developed suitable equipment for it, which fully automated the whole process. To date, such elm pistols can be purchased on order, since their production began relatively recently, and the demand for such devices is quite large.
Usually the viscous reinforcement is produceddirectly on the building site, although there are also cases when it is made at the enterprise, after which the finished product is delivered to the place of pouring. This method is suitable for large objects where the masters do not want to waste time on unskilled labor, but prefer small issues to be solved at the expense of the material suppliers.
It happens that for reinforcing metal is boughtwithout incisions, as on a standard product. Knit armature with this property is necessary special methods. Some builders prefer to bend it at the ends in special hooks, while others use a complex turn of the strap, which reliably connects it to each other.
Interestingly, the manual binding of the reinforcement isquite a new process. In the beginning, it was even perceived as a violation of concreting technology. However, after carrying out a series of tests for both tearing and vibration, it was found out that reinforced concrete structures manufactured by this method can withstand greater loads than welded joints.
Thus, it is simpler and more rational to apply forfoundation manufacturing and other reinforced concrete products, reinforcement bound by steel wire. In this case, you can not only save money, but also get a product of higher quality.
