Operating principle
The processing of the grain heap begins withentering it into the distribution screw. Here, the products are evenly distributed over the entire width of the moving net conveyor, which is assisted by a shaker. Seeds pass through the lattice together with finely dispersed pollutants, and the large rubble is carried away from the machine by a separate stream.
Purified in MPO-50 from large pollutants massenters the suction channel, where the fan, pumping air pressure, selects small particles and sends them to a settling chamber. The grain is not carried away by air currents, but by gravity it enters the next machine of the stationary line.
The machine for preliminary cleaning of grain MPO-50has proved itself in a complex with primary purification stations ЗВС-20 or installations BIS-100. Together they are used both in the full cycle of cleaning grain, and before drying them for storage.
