The degree of formalization is another criterion of division. It's about standardizing the relationship between recipients and communicators. In organizations, as a rule, they are regulated by the adopted norms, regulations, rules, statutes. Observance of all this leads to the fact that the enterprise operates in a coordinated manner, and the discipline is at a high level. Of course, formal communications in the organization create certain barriers between employees, but the benefits from them are really great. Note that today some modern enterprises are trying to simplify them.

Informal communication inorganization. Most often they are aimed at meeting the needs of individuals or social groups. Informal relations in most cases are hierarchical, they can be both horizontal and vertical.

Communication in the organization is also non-verbal and verbal. Verbal, in turn, is divided into oral and written.

The effectiveness of communication depends to a large extent on theinternal organization of the enterprise, from people who occupy managerial positions in it. The system of notification and transmission of information must work without fail. Why are there problems? The reasons are different. They can also be related to the fact that employees are not interested in doing their job as efficiently as possible, and that the ways of transferring information are not worked out.
