Terms and order of teething in the child
The first tooth is an important event for the child and hisparents. The order of teething in the child, as well as the time when this should happen, are individual. In some children, they are cut without problems, and the mothers find them in the mouth quite by accident, when, for example, a spoon clinks or a baby's knee painfully bites an adult finger.
And for other families, teeth are a torment. Their eruption is accompanied by crying, whims and sleepless nights. Even on the chest baby does not calm down. To facilitate the condition help cooling teethers for teeth with fluid inside, homeopathic candles "Viburkol" and special ointments, for example, "Kamistad", "Calgel". Sometimes diarrhea starts, such a high fever rises that you have to call an ambulance and go to the hospital. The first tooth is also a new stage in the life of the baby. According to modern pediatric recommendations, the appearance of teeth signals the readiness of the child's organism to introduce complementary foods and to get acquainted with food other than breast milk. In Soviet times, new food began to enter almost a month and a half.
Terms and order of teething in the child
On average, the child's first tooth appears at sixmonths, but this period can be shifted. A zubik can erupt at four months and twelve. It happens that babies are born with teeth, but this is a fairly rare phenomenon and a significant deviation from the norm. Although they say that there are no toothless people from birth, the absence of teeth after a year is an excuse to seek additional advice from a pediatrician, perhaps the cause of rickets.
Usually the order of teething in a child is as follows:
- in the six to seven months the anterior lower incisors appear;
- in eight to nine - front upper incisors;
- in nine-eleven months - lateral upper incisors;
- eleven to thirteen - lateral lower incisors;
- in the twelve to fifteen months - the first molars;
- eighteen to twenty-fangs;
- in twenty-thirty months - the second molars.
If this order of eruption is observedteeth in infants, then by the end of the year eight teeth appear in the mouth of the baby. And to two and a half years he will already have twenty milk teeth. But, let's repeat, the scheme of teething is different for children, some kids grow fangs first, and they are fun to show the world a "vampire" smile. And the parents, without losing time, make numerous photos for memory.
What determines the order of teething in a child?
There is no single answer to this question. It is known that the milk teeth are laid even during intrauterine development, in the second trimester of pregnancy. Perhaps during this period, my mother was sick and took medicine, or she ate a little calcium-rich foods. Perhaps there was a threat of termination of pregnancy or gestosis. Harmful habits of a pregnant woman, such as smoking or abuse of caffeine, could also affect the development of the child's teeth. The course of labor and the features of the first months of the baby's life (possible diseases, antibiotics, rickets, improperly selected pacifiers) also affect the timing of the appearance of the teeth. So with any doubts, we advise you to seek advice from a pediatrician.
