Treatment of anaerobic infections lasts 7-10 days, the medicine in this case is prescribed 400 mg three times a day. Trichomoniasis is treated with "Metronidazole" as follows: the medicine can be prescribed once in a dosage of 2 g, or the patient is given a ten-day course of the drug at 250 mg twice a day. In the postoperative period, to prevent complications, 1 gram of medication is prescribed within the first 24 hours after the operation, then the drug is taken at 200-250 mg three times a day for seven days. If the infectious disease has a severe form, then the medication is administered intravenously.
