Hydrosalpinx on the right. The causes of its occurrence, diagnosis and treatment
Among the diseases that preventnormal pregnancy, there is also hydrosalpinx, right or left located. Unfortunately, this is a fairly common disease, and it concerns the female genital organs. Its main manifestation is the accumulation of a transparent or yellowish liquid in the fallopian tubes. In a normal state, such a liquid is also produced by the body of a woman, but it is timely excreted through the walls of the tubes.
Why does it arise?
The main reason for this disease doctors in onevoice is called inflammatory processes, in particular, adnexitis, salpingoophoritis, salpingitis. They contribute to the death of villi, functional disorders of the muscular part, as well as the proliferation of connective tissue, which in turn leads to the formation of adhesions, scars and obstruction of the tubes. The transudate (liquid) can not be excreted normally, and therefore poured out into the uterine cavity. The greatest threat to the left-sided or right-handed hydrosalpinks lies with women planning a child (after all, the coveted child is incredibly difficult to conceive) and already pregnant, since the disease adversely affects fetal development and virtually eliminates birth naturally.
Varieties
According to the activity and duration of the inflammatory process, two forms of the disease course are distinguished:
- Acute (characterized by fever, tachycardia, weakness).
- Chronic. It usually does not have clear symptoms, because the liquid is recruited for a long period.
Depending on the location, it is customary to distinguish betweenhydrosalpinx right and left. The condition of the uterine tube allows to establish a simple form (when there is one cavity) and follicular (when the lumen is divided into several cavities). As a rule, in the diagnosis, doctors indicate the size of the hydrosalpinx on the right (left).
Symptoms
As it was said above, the disease can not be manifested in any way, or it gives itself out by such symptoms as:
- elevated temperature (from 37 ° C to 39 ° C);
- weakness;
- pain in the pelvic and inguinal areas;
- cardiopalmus;
- blush;
- water discharge (but only with the so-called "valve" form).
Diagnostics
Only an experienced doctor can immediately detect hydrosalpinx. The diagnosis can be finally established after a number of studies.
Treatment
The most effective way to overcomehydrosalpinx right or left is a surgical operation. In this case it is called laparoscopy. Basically, this procedure is tolerated by patients quite easily. Without surgery, you can get by, but only when the disease is not running. In this case, all efforts should be aimed at overcoming the inflammatory process (antibiotics and physiotherapy procedures are appointed in this regard), as well as improving the functioning of the immune system (for this purpose the patient also undergoes vitamin therapy and phytotherapy).
