Law in the system of social norms of modern civilization

The modern world is gooda developed civilization that, despite a number of complexities and problems, still managed to overcome many negative factors in its development and move to the stage of a democratic relationship to each other, as well as accepting a person as an individual with its own rights and responsibilities. This can be considered the main achievement of our civilization, where the principle of law is at the head of all events and phenomena of social relationships, both between individuals and between states. That is why the right in the system of social norms takes the leading position, on the basis of which modern relations are built.

Any society is a series ofcertain social and interpersonal relationships, which as a whole constitute a whole tangle of complex intertwining of a social nature. It is because of this that a group of people turns into a specific society. It should be noted that communication is the main principle through which any collective exists. It is this that makes it possible to get to know people about each other a maximum of information and form one's attitude towards this or that person. It is also important to remember that the emotional sphere of a person is quite seriously affecting both his behavior and his relationships with people in society. Therefore, as a result of the development of human culture and civilization, certain rules of human behavior in society were formed, which today have acquired certain norms and social attitudes. To protect the interests of both society and a single individual, such an important concept as law was created. In the system of social norms, legal relationships are by far the most important, since they determine the possibility of carrying out economic, legal, political and other activities.

However, in addition to social norms, there are alsotechnical norms, which are rules for the interaction of people with tools, equipment, tools and other achievements of the modern world. Law and social and technical norms are closely interconnected with themselves, as today, technical standards can be equated with medical, physiological, sanitary and hygienic, mathematical, engineering and other norms, which also have a legal status and are formalized. For example, the provision of health services is enshrined in the law on public health, which clearly spells out the rights and duties of medical workers in relation to the treatment of sick people, and each patient has the right to receive quality medical care. Thus, it can be seen that the law in the system of social norms is the main factor determining the possibility of implementing certain actions by specific employees.

It should also be noted that the right interactsand with other norms, including both social, moral and religious aspects. Law and other social norms are correlated as the main legislative act of any country - the Constitution, correlated with other regulatory and by-laws. That is, no social norm can not go against the existing laws, because otherwise it will be considered illegal. This prevents violence and cruelty that could exist in certain extremist societies, fanatical religious circles, and so on.

Modern law in the system of social norms hasunder a solid legal basis, which is based on the principles of mutual respect and respect for the rights of every person. It is this principle that allows in any situations to conduct constructive dialogue between all subjects of the social process and achieve a certain result.
