Who can participate in the program?

The category "young specialist" includes young men andgirls who have received professional education (primary, secondary or higher) and who have entered employment no later than one year after graduation. This status is valid under a number of conditions.

• Training was carried out on a daily basis for budgetary funds.
• Obtaining a state-recognized diploma and compulsory certification.
• Availability of referral to work in accordance with the law.

Rights of a young specialist

When working, young people have the rights and guarantees listed below.

• The graduate does not pass the trial period.
• The program "Young Specialist" when recruiting for work involves the payment of material assistance in the amount of three tariff salaries.
• The salary of a young specialist should not be less than 80% of the average salary of an employee working in this enterprise.
• A young specialist who participates in the program receives from the enterprise a child allowance, monetary assistance in case of marriage, as well as at the birth of the child.
• The employer is deprived of the right to dismiss the participantprogram that has not worked at the enterprise for 2 years. Exceptions are cases where the organization is liquidated or the employee is disabled, which is why it became impossible to fulfill his duties to the fullest.

However, as practice shows, not everythe employer can provide a full social package of a young specialist, so many graduates are employed independently, which does not allow to achieve the status of a young specialist.

Financial incentives

As part of the program to ensurepedagogical staff of general education schools for young specialists for three years provides for a permanent surcharge to salary. Its size is 40% of the monthly salary rate, and for persons with a diploma with honors, 50%.

Young specialists are provided with 50discount on tickets for all types of public transport. The Moscow Department of Education is allowed to pay graduates with a pedagogical education after they are credited to work a one-time benefit of 20 thousand rubles.

The program "Young Specialist" in the village

Did not leave talented young people without attention andcountryside. The Young Specialist program provides social support to young people (under 35) who have signed employment contracts with agricultural organizations or with social enterprises.

A prerequisite for participation in this projectis living in the countryside. In case of the need to improve housing conditions, young people are provided with housing subsidies. And there is an opportunity to personally participate in this event.

A young specialist can add a part of hissavings to the amount allocated by the employer, but not less than 30% of the value of the immovable property, and to carry out the construction or purchase of housing. After the transaction, a confirmation of ownership of real estate is issued on the hands, where property orders and powers of owners are registered. Separately, the right to own and manage housing.
