Obligations of a citizen. What are they?

The democratic government is created in order,to serve the people. However, such a system of government implies certain duties of the citizen, which he must strictly observe. Otherwise, state management will be impossible. However, in addition to the duties of the population, there are certain freedoms, in particular, the right to disagree with the work of the government and express their discontent in public.
