Registration of a visa to the Czech Republic

- a completed questionnaire received at the visa center or consulate;

- a copy of all pages of the passport of a citizen of Russia;

- certificate from work indicating the position held, the period of work and the size of the average monthly salary - no less than 28 thousand rubles;

- Entrepreneurs must present a copy of the personal income tax certificate in Form 3;

- non-working citizens must present a certificate from the bank about movements on the applicant's account for the last three months;

- medical insurance issued for the entire period of stay abroad.

Registration of a visa to the Czech Republic for minorschildren requires the submission of additional documents, other than the above. The permission of the parent remaining in the Russian Federation to leave the child abroad is necessary. The document must be certified by a notary public. If the child is entered in the parent's passport, then it is necessary to provide his birth certificate in addition. If the child is older than 6 years, then his photo must be in the passport of the parent.
