Each of us, going on a trip, dreamsabout the most comfortable conditions. It is not always possible to find out information about a particular type of transport, especially when it comes to an airplane. Today we will study the layout of the Boeing 744 ("Transaero") salon, and also denote the distinctive features of the liner.
What is it?
Aircraft "Boeing 744" - one of the most popular models of airliners. In operation it appeared in 1989. The layout of the Boeing 744 (Transaero) salon can be seen below.

- The length of the aircraft is 70.7 m.
- The wingspan is 64.4 m.
- The altitude of the flight set is 19.4 m.
- The area of the wing is 541.2 square meters.
A distinctive feature is the incredibly high speed of the liner. It is 920 km / h.
There are several more models of this liner:

- 747-400 F (747-400 SF) - these liners are exclusively cargo.
The scheme of the cabin "Boeing 744" ("Transaero"): the best places
In terms of the number of seats, the 747-400 SF and 747-400 R models are identical:

"Boeing 747-400"
Let us consider in more detail the layout of the cabin of the Boeing 747-400 (the number of seats in the cabin is 552). The plane has two decks (upper and lower).
On the upper deck from the first to the third row there are business class seats. There is everything in order for a person to settle in comfort:
- VIP seats with automatic levers;
- a variety of drinks and food (any kitchen);
- polite and pleasant staff;
- cleanliness both in the cabin itself and in the toilet;
- provision of medicines if necessary;
- an individual approach to each of the passengers.
Starting with the fifth row, there are economy class seats. They are also quite comfortable, but no frills.
As for the ninth series of the aircraft, it refers toto the economic class. The places located in this row are less comfortable, due to the fact that not far from them are the deck and the restroom (this can cause discomfort during the flight).
On the lower deck of 470 seats, they belong to the tourist class. When buying a ticket, you should consider some important aspects:
- In rows 10, 11, 12 there are 2-3 places. Of all the places on the lower deck, these places are considered the most comfortable.
- 19 series is closely located to the emergency exit, which is not very convenient for long flight.
- 20, 21 and 22 rows - next to the toilet.
- 29 - the emergency exits are located side by side.
- 31, 32, 33 and 34 rows are quite comfortable, except for the places that are located at the stairs.
- 43, 70, 54 and 71 rows - a number of emergency hatches, which do not allow the backs of the seats to unfold.
- 44, 55 rows are distinguished by a large space for the legs. The only drawback is the close arrangement of latrines.
- From 67 to 70, it's comfortable to travel with a couple, because there will not be strangers nearby. The downside is the closeness of the toilets.
Apparently, the layout of the Boeing 744 saloon in Transaero is thought out in the sense that there are places of different levels of comfort and, accordingly, different price categories.
The company "Transaero" has 3 types of liners. They differ from each other by the number of seats: 447, 461 and 522. Detailed information about places can be checked with the airline when buying tickets.
