Salad layers in the following order: chopped chicken fillet, cooked carrots, mushrooms, pre-fried, scalded onions. Lubricate the salad with a small amount of ready-made mayonnaise. After that, sprinkle it with corn and pre-crushed olives. In order for the salad to match its name, you need to decorate it with chips. This is done in three layers around the perimeter of the entire dish. Remember that the chips are crisp, it must be done before serving. In the end, decorate this salad with fresh mushrooms green. This is suitable for chopped parsley and a little green onions.
"Eighth March" salad
If you want to prepare a salad for a holidayfresh champignons and chicken, use this unusual recipe. Products that will be needed: champignons - about two hundred grams, boiled leg, three pickled cucumber, one carrot and a bulb, five st. spoons of corn, two boiled eggs, one hundred grams of hard cheese, greens, some garlic.
How to cook fresh champignons for this salad? It is not difficult at all. They need to be rinsed well, and then finely chopped and fried in a heated frying pan. After that, boil the carrots, eggs and ham. All products grind, and lay out on the dish in the following order: leg, onion, mushrooms, cucumbers, eggs, corn, carrots. To fill the salad you need garlic mayonnaise. To make it, you need to combine mayonnaise with chopped garlic cloves. On top of the salad sprinkled with cheese, which must be rubbed on a fine grater. You can decorate a dish at will. It looks original when using a garnet as an ornament.
Festive salad
Another very unusual salad of freshchampignons and chicken fillet. Use for its preparation: two hundred grams of fresh champignons, three hundred grams of boiled chicken fillet, a green apple, one hundred and fifty grams of hard cheese, a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, lettuce, green onions, mayonnaise.
