For preparation:
- onion - a pair of pieces;
- potatoes - 1.2 kg;
- sausage - 350 g;
- lard - 170 g;
- salt.
Potatoes should be used approximatelyof the same size. Clean and wash, then cut along, while not cutting to the end. Salt the potatoes well. Sausage and lard cut into small blocks. Now inside the potatoes lay a couple of lard bars and sausages. Cut the onions into rings or rings. Then take the foil and put on it a couple of potatoes with sausage and bacon inside. On top of them lay onions rings and wrap tightly in foil, so that there are no holes. This is necessary so that the juice does not flow out and the potatoes are not dry. Ingredients for cooking:
- cheese - 160 g;
- potatoes - 3 pieces;
- egg - 1 piece;
- milk - 1 30 ml;
- butter - 3 tablespoons;
- salt pepper;
- garlic - a pair of lobules.
Potatoes should be washed and cleaned, thencut into circles. Grate the cheese on the grater. Lay the potato slices on a separate plate and sprinkle with pepper, salt, drive in the egg, sprinkle with cheese and mix well. This is necessary in order for the potato to become covered with a tasty cheese crust during baking. Now peel the garlic, then grind it with a knife or scabbard and lay it on the bottom of the baking tray, where the potatoes will be baked. Then put the mixture of potatoes with cheese and egg.
