Salad with salmon, slightly salted and fried

And there is no arguing about gustatory qualities. Salmon belongs to the genus of salmonids, it is also called lake salmon. In length it can reach one and a half meters and more than forty kilograms in weight.
Salad with salmon is slightly salted - it's the easiestsalad. It is prepared very easily and quickly - the very thing when the guests come on a weekday and there is no time for long preparations. For salad we need salted salmon. Finely cut the fish and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. We boil the eggs and grind them. Cheese is better to take a hard and cut into cubes or grate on a large grater. Finely chop the greens. All is filled with mayonnaise or sour cream. Very fast and very tasty. Salad with salmon, slightly salted, by the way, can be laid with layers: eggs, fish, greens, cheese. All the layers are lubricated with mayonnaise.
Very nourishing and crunchy is a salad withsalmon and cucumber. Slightly salted salmon is finely chopped. A bunch of lettuce leaves are torn or finely chopped. Two or three medium cucumbers cut into cubes. All the ingredients must be mixed and seasoned with sour cream, salt and pepper. Before serving, add croutons so that they do not get soaked. The main thing is that they fit well with the fish. But you can make crockery yourself. We cut the bread and dry it a little in a dry hot frying pan.
And this salad I prepared from the rest of the festivesupper. We had a piece of baked salmon, and I decided to experiment. I had a good piece of salmon, a gram of 300. We baked it with seasonings and herbs, but for our salad it is possible without them. Simply salt, pepper, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the fish fillets into small pieces. Two or three tomatoes and cucumber, too, cut into small enough. You can take cherry tomatoes - they are even tastier with them, but they need 10-15 pieces. Hands tear the leaves of the salad. Now we are preparing the gas station. Four tablespoons of vegetable oil (ideally olive), as much lemon juice and two tablespoons of soy sauce. All this is confused. Add three tablespoons of sesame seeds. Squeeze three to four cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, stir the dressing. Now add the dressing to the salad bowl, stir our salad and serve it on the table. Very tasty and unusual is the option. I hope that you will be able to surprise your guests!
And you can also make a warm salad with salmon. To make two servings of salad, you need to take 300 grams of salmon, 150 grams of salad, 50 grams of hazelnut, a clove of garlic, three tablespoons of oil, parsley, dill, apple cider vinegar, three teaspoons Dijon mustard, a pinch of freshly ground pepper and sea salt. Garlic grinded with salt, add two teaspoons of mustard, a teaspoon of vinegar and a large spoonful of olive oil. With this sauce lubricate the fish and put the skin down on a dry frying pan without a handle and about three to four minutes fry over medium heat. Then put the frying pan for six minutes in the oven, heated to one hundred and eighty degrees.
Now we make refueling. A tea boat of mustard is mixed with two large spoons of apple cider vinegar. Add dill and ground pepper. Nuts are crushed. On a large plate lay out the salad, pour the dressing and sprinkle half a hazelnut. We lay fish pieces without skin and sprinkle with parsley and remaining nuts. It turns out not worse than salad with salmon salted.
