Roll of lavash with minced meat is prepared from suchingredients: pita bread, minced meat, cheese, eggs. For its preparation, mince minced meat (it is better to take chicken fillet) in a pan, and when it reaches the condition, mix it with mushrooms. Personally, I prefer minced meat with honey agarics, but you can use other mushrooms or even cucumbers, olives, pineapples, in general, anything that seems appropriate. Some put onions, but I do not really like this vegetable in the fried form. We lay out lavash on the table and cover it with thin enough slices of cheese cut. If the cheese sheets are too thick, you will not be able to roll the roll into the tube. We put on the sheet minced meat, roll the roll. We beat one egg and grease the surface of the roll. Now for 15 minutes put in the oven and bake until ready.

Lavash roll with cottage cheese. We will need to cut: Bulgarian pepper diced, olives in circles, cottage cheese, dill greens with small straws. In the resulting mixture add a few crushed garlic cloves. Solim, peppers, lovers of mayonnaise - can add it. When the filling is ready, distribute it along the pita bread and roll it with a roll. The resulting tubules wrap in food film and refrigerate. Serve on the table chopped into portions.

The recipe for lavash and salmon rolls is very simple andtasty, the same as a lavash roll with cheese. We spread the lavash with melted cheese and pour on the finely chopped greens. We cut the salmon into slices about half a centimeter thick and put it on pita bread so that they do not lie too close together, or it will be too salty roll, even if you took salted salmon. When all preparations are finished, roll the lavash roll and cut into pieces.

Crab roll with lavash looks nice ontable. For this roll you will need cooked sausage, processed cheese, crab sticks, Korean carrots, greens and mayonnaise. And, of course, lavash. We take one sheet of lavash, smear it with cheese and pour the greens. On top put the second sheet and grease with mayonnaise. Scrolling through the meat grinder sticks, lay them on the second layer. On top of the first two lay out the third sheet of lavash, it must also be greased with mayonnaise and cover with a layer of boiled sausage scrolled through a meat grinder. The last, fourth sheet of lavash is covered with Korean carrots, and all sheets are rolled into a roll. The resulting dish is put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After the roll has cooled down and comes down, cut it across and you'll appreciate how beautiful and appetizing it looks in the cut.
