Nuts - recipe classic
We will need:
- 200 g butter butter;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. flour;
- half a glass of sugar;
- soda - a third of a teaspoon;
- vinegar 9% - a teaspoon.
In this recipe, butter can be replaced with margarine,but the taste will change a little, and also take chocolate instead of usual. So, melt butter on a water bath. Pour sugar and mix well with whisk. Gasime soda vinegar and add to the oil.
Eggs are well mixed in a separate cup and poured into the mixture obtained earlier. Gradually pour in flour, carefully while mixing. The dough should be very thick and fat.
Lubricate the heated hazelnut with butterjust before the first tab. We form balls of 2 cm diameter from the dough and spread them into the grooves of the hazel. Tightly close the form, the first few seconds with a special effort pressing the lid. We remove the excess dough, which can leak around the edges, then we make smaller balls in the next bookmark. And bake on low heat for a few minutes before browning the shells. Stuffed with boiled condensed milk with or without butter, into which you can pour shredded walnuts or biscuits into taste. We connect halves and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

We buy 500 grams of frozen short dough. Defrost and knead it well, giving it the shape of a ball. Then this ball is divided into smaller ones, it should be about 42 pieces. To make it more convenient to divide, you can do this: from the big make seven small pieces, and these little ones are divided approximately by 12 pieces, slightly stretching each of them. A special electric waffle iron nuts will help to bake even faster. In her warmed-up cells we lay out the billets from the dough, a little primed with their spoon and bake until ready. Finished halves will acquire a golden hue. Then, 100 g of softened butter, whisk to a homogeneous mass and a half of a can of boiled condensed milk. If desired, you can add a teaspoon of cognac. Dough:
- half a glass of sugar;

- half a teaspoon of soda (slaked).
In this recipe sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise. And add 1/3 cup of starch to the flour. All the ingredients are mixed. You should get a homogeneous soft dough. We pick off small pieces and put them into shape. We bake, as indicated above, and grease the stuffing you like.
