The main difference of all methods of preparationis the order of mixing of the ingredients, one of which is soda or a baking powder. The most soft and voluminous are obtained pancakes, if this component is poured at the beginning of the work directly into kefir or into another fermented milk product. Thanks to the formed foam mass, the dough will be very light and airy.
Take 0.5 liters of kefir (preferably not fromrefrigerator, i.e. room temperature). Put in it an incomplete 1 tsp. simple baking soda and stir with a fork. Immediately mix 2 eggs into the mixture. Then add 2 tbsp. l. Loose sugar and a couple of whispers of table salt. In the foam liquid, pour the flour and mix. It will take about 400 g. The consistency of the dough should be quite thick. When you try to pour out of a spoon, it should not drain, but stretch a thick mixture.
If you do not comply with this condition, you will not succeedlush pancakes. The recipe allows the addition of flour "by eye". After the dough is ready, let it steep for a while. Bake on a heated frying pan with a thick bottom in vegetable oil, periodically pouring it in small portions. Dry bakery is not applicable to this recipe, as pancakes are obtained inside raw. It is also recommended to use the lid. After frying the products on one side for 2-3 minutes, turn them over to the other. Ready-made hot pancakes, put on paper napkins to remove excess oil. Serve them, sprinkled with powdered sugar, watering jam, honey or sour cream.

You can similarly cook pancakes onyogurt "Lush". The recipe will differ only by replacing one fermented milk product with another. By the way, many mistresses in extreme cases use sour cream, diluted with boiled water, or milk. In this case, it will be necessary to increase the amount of flour for the required density.
