"Tiffany" salad
One of the most beautiful and tasty coldsnacks is a salad of "Tiffany". His recipe is very simple. In the list of mandatory ingredients - grapes (red, white, green), which makes the dish similar to a mountain of gems. Different kinds of nuts can be used. Most often these are walnuts, but they can be successfully replaced with almonds, hazelnuts or any others. The second most important ingredient is chicken (boiled, fried, baked, smoked, etc.).
"Tiffany" salad with walnuts
Wash 700g of chicken fillet and rub it with curry powder. Fry in a frying pan, cool and cut into small pieces. Boil 4 eggs. Grate them on a fine grater. In a dry frying pan fry 150 g of chopped walnuts. Wash the leaves of the lettuce, dry them and cover the bottom of the salad bowl with them. Then put into it chunks of chicken and grease them with mayonnaise. Rub 150g of hard cheese. Sprinkle chicken with half of the nuts and grated cheese. Place a layer of crushed boiled eggs. It should also be greased with mayonnaise and sprinkled with remaining nuts. Cut the grapes into halves and decorate them with a salad cut down.
"Tiffany" salad with almonds
350g chicken fillet washed, put in a saucepan andboil in salted water for 25 minutes. Allow to cool and then chop into small pieces. Grate 200 gr of hard cheese and 3 boiled eggs. Fry in a frying pan, microwave oven or oven 120 g of almonds and grind on a coffee grinder. Divide the grapes into halves by removing the bones. Then put the layers in the salad bowl: chicken, cheese and grated almonds. Each of the layers must be lubricated with mayonnaise. Garnish with grapes.
"Tiffany" salad with pine nuts and champignons
Boil 2 chicken breasts, cool them, separatefrom the bones of the meat and divided into fibers. Sprinkle curry and salt and mix. 6 boiled hard-boiled eggs and 200g of cheese rub through a medium grater. Fry 100g of pine nuts. In salted water boil the mushrooms. Mix 200g of sour cream with 200g of natural yogurt and 5g of mustard. Lay out the ingredients in the salad bowl.
