My family has a tradition to organizetea drinking every weekend. Therefore, I want to bake something special so that I do not repeat myself. Cakes have become boring, biscuits too, it's time to bake a short-pie cake. It remains only to decide on the filling. Here, there is no limit to the imagination, the choice of fillings is huge, from sweet to meat. I decided to bake a short-pie cake with apples, delicious and simple.

So, in order to prepare a short dough,We need 100 grams of butter, 2 eggs, 400 grams of wheat flour, one batch of baking powder (can be replaced with hydrated soda for want of baking powder), 150 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, 3 beautiful sweet and sour apples. So, first we'll do the test. Eggs, sugar and salt are combined, ground to a homogeneous mass. Add the softened butter, if there is no desire to wait, when the butter slightly wilts, you can simply grate it on a large grater, quickly and conveniently. Then we introduce flour in small handfuls, do not forget to put the baking powder into the dough. Knead our dough for pie. It should be oily. Then we separate a small piece of dough for the mesh, most of it is rolled out or distributed evenly over the bottom of the baking dish. My apples, peeled and cut into thin slices. We put it on a short dough, you can sprinkle sugar on top (to make the pie sweeter). The remainder of the dough is rolled into flagella and we form a grid on the cake. We bake in an oven to a ruddy crust and serve a pie from a short pastry to the table.

In general, sand pies are very delicious. This is the perfect dessert for any festive table. Very tasty is a pie with a cherry from a short pastry. I baked it as an experiment based on apple pie. So, the dough can be cooked according to the same recipe: from butter, 2 eggs, flour and sugar. As a filling, we will have a cherry, it must be free of pits. To make the filling thick, you need to cook a little cherry on the water with sugar and starch. So we will get a cherry kissel with berries. The dough is divided into two parts, rolled and distributed on the bottom of the mold so that the high sides of the dough turn out. Then we spread the cooled stuffing, roll out the second part of the dough and cover the pie. The edges are beautifully tidy. Bake in the oven for no more than half an hour, as the short pastry is baked very quickly. That's all, the shorty cake with cherry is ready.

Sweet pies go to cheers. On one of the regular Sabbath days, I wondered what would be to please my loved ones today. Cottage cheese lay in the fridge. So I decided to bake a cake from a cottage cheese dough, and why not? I made a dough for this recipe: a pack of cottage cheese (200 grams), 1 egg, 200 grams of wheat flour, a bag of baking powder, a pinch of salt. All combined, stirred, added flour and kneaded thick dough. In the role of filling - canned apricots, lemon and sugar. Apricots can be cut, but I decided not to cut them. Half a lemon is passed through a meat grinder and combined with 100 grams of granulated sugar.

Dough is divided into two parts, one part forbases - it is larger, the other for forming a lattice. Most of the test is rolled out, distributed on the bottom of the mold, leaving the sides. Then smear the lemon filling on the bottom, from above we put halves of apricots up a hill and form a lattice from the remains of the dough. The pie does not last long, I've only been in the oven for 15 minutes, so do not overdo it, otherwise it'll burn. We take the ruddy cake and serve it for tea.

Instead of apricots, you can use peaches, orgenerally other stuffing. I think that with a meat filling such a pie will be good, since the curd dough is prepared without sugar. It would be the desire and the necessary products in the refrigerator - you can bake any delicacy. Have a nice tea time!
