Cooking soup-puree in a blender: a recipe for a delicious mushroom soup
Not so long ago we to whip or mixany products, used an ordinary fork, which required considerable effort, especially if the mass had to be beaten into a thick foam. Now we were helped by mixers and blenders, which greatly simplified these tasks. No effort should be made to cook the soup-puree in a blender, the recipe of which is also not too laborious. She threw out the necessary products, pressed the button, choosing the necessary speed, on which the degree of whipping depends, for a few seconds, and the mashed potatoes or, for example, the cocktail are ready.
Of course, in order to cook soup-puree inblender, the recipe of which will be discussed in this article, it is not enough just to whip up the products. The use of a blender is one of the last stages in the preparation of soup. To begin with, there is some work with the products. The dish that we will get will be incredibly delicious and tender, you can safely call it cream soup. But first things first. So, let's make soup-puree from champignons. Blender can still be removed. First we will prepare the necessary products:
- fresh champignons - 600 g;
- 2 heads of onions;
- butter - gram 50;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;
- ready chicken broth - 500-600 ml;
- 200 ml of cream - any fat content;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- for serving to the table - croutons, greens.
You can start cooking soup puree in a blender. The recipe is quite simple, I think that this is evident from the composition of the products. And although many people, looking at the soup of such a consistency, think that it can be cooked only by a person experienced in cooking, in fact, the entire process includes just a few simple steps:
- We cut the onion. Fine, but it's not so important - after all afterwards everything that we are doing now will be ground and whipped to the state of the cream. Onion lightly fry.
- Champignons are sliced and added to fry toonions. If you use not only mushrooms, but any other mushrooms, for example, honey mushrooms or whites, then it is better to boil them first, and only after that to fry. Fry the mushrooms to the full preparedness, the resulting liquid is not necessary to evaporate - nothing is lost, all the mushroom juice goes to the soup with mushrooms.
- In the saucepan that you prepared to make the soup-mash, melt the butter. Add flour to it and fry it a little.
- Gently, stirring constantly, pour the prepared broth into the flour.
- Add to the thickened broth beforefried mixture of mushrooms and onions. All the products that are needed in order to cook the soup-puree in the blender, the recipe of which we use, are consumed. There are only creams left - they will add a creamy shade of taste and color, salt and spices to the mushroom soup.
- Now came the turn of the blender - carefully beat the contents of the pan, and after, stirring constantly, boil the resulting mashed potatoes for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, and you will see how our soup has changed. Feel this fragrance! Boil it for another five minutes, and turn off the fire.
- One of the mandatory attributes of soup-puree -crackers. Fry them in advance using an oven. When serving, pour into the plate with soup-mashed potatoes and crushed herbs. In addition, you can put several pieces of fried mushrooms on top.
