A long time ago I did not cook anything, I wanted tosomething delicious and quick. I remembered that as a child, my aunt treated me with donuts, it seems, they were curd, so I decided to bake donuts from cottage cheese.

To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, oil your hands with oil. We lower the donuts from the cottage cheese into the preheated oil (they should come up) and fry until golden brown. Take care that no drops of water enter the oil, otherwise it will crack. On average, donuts were roasted for about 6 minutes.
