Lentil soup. The recipe for a healthy and delicious first course
Lentils contain a huge amount of protein thatmakes dishes from it very nutritious and healthy for the body. In addition, it has large iron reserves, by the way, for many Asian peoples this culture is almost the only source of protein.
The recipe for lentil soup
In a thick-walled saucepan, warm the spoonbutter, peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry until a light golden hue is obtained. Meanwhile, in another tank, boil the soup liquid. In a cup, pour a couple of spoonfuls of broth and a spoonful of tomato paste, pour the mixture to the onions, leave a little bit to bask with the addition of salt. Drain with the croup of water and in turn add to the onion, mix and pour the broth. Mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes, regularly checking if the croup was stuck to the bottom of the container. This is how the soup of lentils is prepared. The recipe is absolutely not complicated, even the beginning mistress will cope with it.
Now you can start spices. Add a few pinch of dried peppermint and a little zira, grated in a mortar (for some gourmets, dried thyme is preferable). Next, cook until ready for lentils and wheat cereals. Before serving, let's brew and cool a bit, be sure to offer greens and sprinkle with hot pepper.
Lentil soup with mushrooms
Remove all ingredients and, except carrots and rootsparsley, everything can be thrown away. Mushrooms boil in the water that was soaked, pull them and cut. In a vegetable broth, put a couple of sliced potatoes and half a cup of cereals. To make a delicious soup of lentils, the recipe provides for the following spices: a couple of laurel leaves, fragrant pepper, a little cumin and freshly ground black pepper.
Cook the liquid until the potato is completely ready andcereals. Now add chopped boiled carrots and parsley root, mushrooms with water, in which they were cooked, cut dill and a little feather bow. Again boil and add spice to taste. In a cup, mix three tablespoons of water and a spoonful of flour, add a couple of spoons of sour cream (thick) and a couple of spoons of cream. Pour the resulting mixture into the soup and boil. You can serve immediately. By the way, after cooling the dish can thicken, in this case it is necessary to add a little water.
