Suvaldny Castle - a reliable protection of your home

Suvaldny castle - quite an ancient invention. His story begins in the distant 19 century, when the English inventor Jeremiah Chubb patented the so-called "detector". The peculiarity of this complicated mechanism was that when using an unsuitable key, the lock was automatically blocked. This prevented criminals from re-hacking, and the owner was thus warned of an attempted access. Blocking was eliminated with the help of a special key, which was sold complete with a lock-lock.

In 1824, Charles Chubba's brother greatly improvedmechanism, and the locks can be used without a second key. Soon, thanks to a reasonably good design, the mechanism won great popularity among consumers.

To date, the lock lock does not assume a locking system when attempting unauthorized access. This is its main difference from its predecessor.

In general, the mechanism is a set ofspecial plates (sovald), in which special grooves (notches) of a certain size and shape are made. They connect to the counter - a very important bolt detail. When turning the key, each of the arms is raised to a strictly defined place for it. The lock will open only when all the plates are in their positions, releasing the groove for free passage of the bolt. However, if at least one of the scissors does not occupy the proper position, then the bolt stand will not move when turning the key.

When choosing the mechanism, pay special attention to the fact that a reliable high-quality lock lock is:

  • not less than six suvals;
  • III class of resistance to autopsy and above;
  • armored plates and armor plates as additional protection against drilling;
  • reinforced crossbars, which protect against sawing;
  • additional secret elements protecting from the master key: buffer mechanisms and false grooves;
  • precision keys with carefully ground beards and strictly straight angles;
  • the possibility of transcoding with the help of a replacement block of the set of keys or a special set of keys.

A significant drawback of the standardconstruction - the need for a complete replacement of the lock with a lost key. However, modern manufacturers have coped with this problem. Today in the market you can find lock locks with the possibility of replacing the secret mechanism with a new set or an unlimited number of transcoding. Moreover, these functions are not available to outsiders, since they can be performed only in the open state of the lock.

How to open the lock lock? Its design assumes a large keyhole, thanks to which intruders can try to use a master key. But to open the lock, therefore, is almost impossible. Therefore, most often crackers destroy the bolt, with the help of a drill, eliminating the obstacle for its movement. If everything is done correctly, it will not be difficult to open the mechanism. However, the destruction of the lock is a very delicate matter, to which the burglars are trained specifically. There are special schemes, which clearly indicate the desired points of the lock, they are applied to the door, combining with the lock, and drill holes where necessary.

Another way to open this type of lock -insert in the hole for the key mount or similar object, which by its size will exceed the key. Thus, the hole will expand and it will be possible to insert a coil into it. Turning it with a wrench, you can achieve that the coil will click on the comb tooth, and the heave will not rise. The impact force will go to the vertical stand and break it, causing the lock to open. However, in this case, you will have to spend a lot of effort.

When installing the lock, remember that eventhe most expensive and reliable mechanism does not give one hundred percent guarantee from opening your door. Therefore, in order to avoid burglary, it is better to use door locks of two different types.
