In this case, all components must be strong and reliable, especially the inlet tube, through which water is fed into the pump. Otherwise, the thrust can provoke sticking of its walls.

Also, the piston pump must be equipped withsufficiently strong check valves so that they do not allow the water to return to the inlet hose. They can be membrane or ball. If a round valve is used, it is desirable that it be made of glass, ebonite or heavy plastic.

If the distance from the surface to the groundwater table is large enough, then a deep pump must be installed. The fact is that the normal operation of the device can prevent atmospheric pressure.
